People are becoming more aware of what their own bodies need, while also understanding how nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and recovery are connected. Swedish health and beauty brand Repeats launches this week with an exclusive focus on gummies, aiming to establish it as a natural alternative to traditional supplements.
The venture is built around the belief that real progress comes from the small things we repeat consistently over time. The idea is to make health easier to turn into an everyday habit, which has shaped everything from the name to the products themselves. The founders explain that they saw an opportunity between traditional supplements, often with a quite clinical and functional feel, and a new generation of wellness products that puts greater emphasis on the consumer experience.
— We are seeing a clear shift, with the gummy segment growing faster than the supplement category as a whole. There are already many great supplements on the market, but in Europe, the gummy format has yet to achieve the same natural position or level of credibility as more traditional formats. That is the position we are building the brand to take, says André Kvamme, co-founder and CEO.
— Progress happens through repetition, and that is where I believe REPEATS has the potential to create something truly strong, says Vanessa Lindblad.

REPEATS is backed by several prominent investors. The range includes seven products, ranging from a focus on hair via skin to a dedicated Pregnant gummy. The products are manufactured in Sweden, focusing on the ingredients, Nordic flavours, and thoughtful design.
— Vanessa, Andre Kvammé shares, is combining the fashion and community from co-founding CAIA and how they built the community feeling. We need to use the same type of idea about how to create that same community and how they work with their customers, so that they feel that we are there for them.
