Anna Berne, Vice President Product & Sustainability, Filippa K

Anna Berne is the Vice President Product & Sustainability at Filippa K. Over the past five years with the Swedish fashion house she has overseen the areas of merchandising, buying, product and sustainability, as well as the cross-departmental integration of sustainability work and the introduction of the Fiber Traceability Initiative. She continues to take an action-orientated approach to strategy development, finding innovative ways to drive the business forward. Anna previously spent seven years with the H&M Group, working as Head of Controlling in Sweden followed by Merchandise Manager in Hong Kong.

Emma Stjernlöf, Chief Communications and People Officer, Syre

Brand professional and business leader with more than 20 years of experience from a wide range of leading global brands. Former CEO at Röhnisch Sportswear, CMO at Adidas, and Head of Comms at Google. Currently part of building and scaling Syre, a start-up founded by Vargas Holding and H&M Group, on a mission to decarbonize and dewaste textiles at global hyperscale.

Erik Lagerblad, Head of H&M Group Ventures

Erik has led investments in e.g. Ambercycle, Colorifix, re:newcell and Infinited Fiber Company. Currently, serving on the board of several companies in the portfolio. Prior to this role, Erik held various positions in H&M Group’s Sustainability Department. Before joining H&M Group, Erik worked as a sustainability consultant in the oil & gas and shipping industries. Erik holds an M Sc in Environmental Engineering.

Daniel Di Benedetto, Regional Director Euro North, Centric Software

Coming from an engineering background, Daniel Di Benedetto has more than 20 years’ experience in PLM, AI and Big Data of which  more than 15 specifically in the Retail business. Understanding the importance of Sustainability driving change yet enabling profitable business in a very complex business environment is his focus. He now leads Centric Software’s Northern European Sales market sits on a few committees as a board member.

Linda Pimmeshofer, Founder, Change Retail

After spending over 20 years in the software industry, Linda believes that the intersection between fashion and tech has never been more exciting and challenging. As a dedicated advocate for change, Linda founded Change Retail one year ago and spent her days inspiring retailers to embrace digital transformation and supporting them throughout their journey. She is also deeply engaged with the startup and partner communities, seeking new collaborations to push the speed of innovation. Linda firmly believes that digitalization is about becoming data-driven and customer-centric. By leveraging data to make informed decisions at every step of the business, retailers can not only deliver personalized, relevant experiences to their customers across every touchpoint but ensuring long-term sustainability as well.

Jenny Wärn, Director of Product Operations of TrusTrace

Jenny Wärn is the Director of Product Operations of TrusTrace. With more than 15 years of experience in delivering impactful technology solutions for a wide range of industries, Jenny is now combining her passion for sustainability with her knowledge of unlocking digital enablers to contribute to sustainable transformation in fashion and textiles. She heads up the complex innovation projects for TrusTrace, such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP) pilot, building a fully functioning data infrastructure to support the data collection and distribution for the DPP.

David Thunmarker, Senior Advisor, Impulso

David is the Former CEO of Tiger of Sweden and Oscar Jacobson. He currently serves as Senior Advisor for Impulso, a SaaS company that amplifies product sell-through by connecting brands and retailers in unprecedented ways. 

Staffan Olsson, Head of Public Affairs, GS1 Sweden

Staffan Olsson has a strong and long experience of improving supply chains and B2B efficiency. This is achieved by helping companies improve their interactions with their trading partners and other companies using information technology and standards. One focus area right now is data-driven sustainability and how supply chain transparency and data sharing can help enable a more circular economy. The concept of Digital Product Passports will play an important role in accelerating the transition to a more circular and sustainable business.

Karolin Catela, Product Specialist, GS1 Sweden

Karolin Catela is experienced and enthusiastic in helping companies in various industries achieve the benefits of traceability, sustainability, and circular economy by using GS1 standards and information technology. Her expertise lies in improving the Supply Chain through traceability, transparency, and digitalisation.

Helena Waker, CEO, Trade Partners Sweden & Stockholm Fashion District

Waker is the CEO of Trade Partners Sweden and one of the founders of Stockholm Fashion District. Her professional experience consists of working with both national and international trade, particularly within the fashion and textile industry. Along with being on the board of the ICC Sweden, Helena holds several other prestigious positions in projects concerning fashion and international trade.

Simon Hjelte, CEO & co-founder NOMS

Simon has 20+ years of experience in the fashion industry value chain, shop work, and retail purchasing, running his own companies in the field of micro-production and retail. Led change work and business development with associated responsibilities for the financial outcome of SME companies in an international market space. Trained tailor and pattern designer are important skills to ensure feasibility in production innovation.

Marja-Liisa Niinikoski, CEO of Finnish Textile & Fashion

Marja-Liisa Niinikoski is the Managing Director of the Finnish Textile & Fashion. Prior to this job, she worked as CEO of Helsinki Business Hub Ltd., Culminatum Innovation Ltd., and Net Effect Ltd. She holds a doctorate in business administration from the Aalto University, School of Business. She serves also as a board member in a listed company and associations.

Amanda Thorén, CEO and co-founder, Bencha

Amanda Thorén is the CEO and co-founder of Bencha, a data platform specializing in second-hand market analytics. Bencha offers a comprehensive suite for analyzing market trends, brand performance, and product evaluation. Driven by a holistic approach and a strong commitment to initiating meaningful change, Amanda has transformed Bencha into a scalable and efficient solution that empowers businesses to achieve profitability and growth in both primary sales and resale markets. Her focus is on driving sustainable practices and anticipating future consumer demands.

Nayara Moia, Fashion researcher

Nayara is a foresight strategist with over 10 years of experience in design, research, and consultancy. She provides actionable insights by leveraging data, and a deep understanding of diverse cultures and human connections. Her work has guided product development and communications for brands like Nike, Luxottica,  Havaianas, and many others.
