Speakers

Selah Rui Li, Founder, Ellure

What drove Selah and her co-founders to create Ellure was the ambition to reshape how society thinks about sustainability and consumption. The company develops mass-personalisation technology to offer an inclusive beauty product line and reduce waste in the beauty industry. The first product is a custom liquid lipstick, in which customers can design and choose the colour through a web-based colour design tool, currently piloting several other innovations.

Miroslav Slavic, Chairman and Nordic CEO, FOREO

Miroslav is a visionary entrepreneur whose journey exemplifies the transformative power of innovation in the beauty industry. In 2013, together with Filip Sedic, he was propelling FOREO to become a global beauty tech pioneer with a remarkable ten-billion-Swedish-kronor turnover in just five years. With extensive experience in both beauty and tech, his entrepreneurial spirit illustrates how innovative ideas and determination can transform a startup into a global success, leaving an enduring legacy in the beauty industry.

Miikka Mäkiö, Senior Vice President of EMEA, Revieve

Miikka has a background working with beauty brands and retailers globally, helping them to deploy state-of-the-art digital solutions for their beauty shoppers and especially consulting on how to get most out of these tools. At Revieve, he’s currently focused on running its EMEA business, working with brands like Shiseido, Orilame, No7 and with retailers such as AS Watson Group and Boots.

Marcus Fogel, Senior Director Global Digital Services, Oriflame Cosmetics

Marcus has a background in digital business, e-commerce, and IT, primarily in the direct selling industry. Today he is globally responsible for Oriflame’s websites, mobile app suite and business applications. With a focus on digital business transformation, his role aims to digitalise the Oriflame business model, sales applications, and related activities to fuel and support social selling. The focus lies on building an end-to-end digital experience for the brand’s Members and Brand Partners.
