Hosted at Hotel Pigalle, the conversation will explore how real-time inventory visibility is reshaping how retailers operate – from stock accuracy and store operations to sustainability, traceability, and AI-driven decisions.
The roundtable follows a successful executive luncheon in Stockholm earlier this year, where leaders from GANT, H&M, J.Lindeberg, KappAhl, and Totême shared their perspectives on the operational and organisational shifts required to make inventory data trustworthy across the business.
The conversation
In Gothenburg, the focus turns to the Nordic apparel cluster – the retailers, sportswear brands and vertically-integrated fashion companies that anchor the region’s retail landscape. What does it take to move from siloed inventory data to a single source of truth? How do organisations build the internal alignment required to make that shift? And how are leading retailers preparing for the next wave – traceability requirements, AI-driven operations, and unified commerce that depends on stock trust?
Rather than a series of presentations, the format is a peer-level conversation. Participants share their own realities — what has worked, what has surprised them, and what they are still working to solve.
