He currently leads Centric Software’s sales market in Northern Europe and serves as a board member in several committees.

Johan has 25+ years of leadership experience, specializing in driving sustainable innovation fueling business growth. By leveraging data, technology and modern leadership he helps companies integrate sustainability as a driver of profitability. His expertise spans digital product development, B2B sales, and supply chain related transformation across multiple industries, with extra focus on Fashion and Retail—proving that sustainability isn’t just a responsibility but a competitive advantage.

Martin Börjesson, Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer, J. Lindeberg

Martin leads the Technology and Sustainability work at J.Lindeberg and has been in IT and Tech for 25 years, mostly in large corporations. Recent years Martin is focused on Emerging Tech, where AI has been a topic of special interest since 2017.

Båård Kvamme is a seasoned retail and sales leader with extensive experience in the global premium consumer goods industry. With a career spanning over 15 years, he has worked across more than 50 countries, specializing in retail development, e-commerce, and unified commerce, with a particular focus on APAC and North America. Known for his ability to navigate cultural differences and drive business growth, he is an expert in channel-agnostic retail, digitalization, and premium brand experiences. Recognized as a Rethink Retail Top Retail Expert (Class of 2024 & 2025), Båård continues to shape the future of retail with his strategic and adaptable approach.

Alberto Riva, Contextual Commerce & Partner Lead EMEA, New Black

With over 30 years of experience in retail technology, Alberto Riva has led global expansion efforts across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. As the founder of Fortech, he worked with leading Italian retailers before its acquisition by Micros, where he managed retail operations in EMEA. He later held key roles at Oracle and Aptos Retail, driving commerce market expansion and strategic acquisitions. Now at New Black, Alberto leverages his expertise in technology and partnerships to drive innovation in contextual commerce across the EMEA region.

Frederic Taillier, Co-Founder & CEO, Impact.com Norden

Frederic Taillier leads Impact.com Norden, a leading platform for influencer marketing management, with offices in Oslo, Aarhus, and Stockholm. With extensive experience in digital marketing, he has played a key role in shaping influencer and partnership marketing across the Nordics. His expertise in technology-driven marketing strategies makes him a recognized thought leader in the industry.

Linda Pimmeshofer, Founder, Change Retail

After spending over 20 years in the software industry, Linda believes that the intersection between fashion and tech has never been more exciting and challenging.
