Transformation Conference is a half-day programme for senior decision-makers in fashion, retail and technology. Held during CIFF at the Bella Center, it puts leaders from fashion and tech on stage to share what is working in practice, not in theory.
The programme is built around the four shifts now defining the business:
- AI in action: where AI is moving from experimentation into daily execution
- Data-driven profitability: turning retail data into sell-through, pricing and margin decisions
- Transparency as infrastructure: moving from compliance to commercial value through traceability
- Resell as core strategy: building resell into the model rather than running it on the side
Keynotes and panels feature leaders from Nordic fashion brands and the technology partners shaping the sector. Transformation Conference is hosted by Konrad Olsson, Editor-in-Chief and founder of Scandinavian MIND.

By our moderator Konrad Olsson, founder and editor-in-chief of Scandinavian MIND.
10.02–10.15 Interview
The state of Nordic fashion
An opening conversation with the head of the Nordics' largest fashion trade show on where the market is heading. What do Nordic brands need to stay competitive as buying patterns shift, and how is technology changing the way collections are built, sold and delivered?
Speaker: Sofie Dolva, Director, CIFF
10.15–10.35 Fireside chat
When AI becomes the customer
Four in ten Danish consumers now use AI when they shop, and the purchase journey increasingly begins in a conversation rather than a search. Asger Storebjerg, Group Director of Media and Performance at Boozt, sets out what one of the region's largest online retailers is doing in response: opening its data to AI crawlers, structuring product information so language models read it correctly, and building an AI shopping assistant on first-party data. A practitioner's view of how retailers stay discoverable when the customer is a machine.
Speaker: Asger Storebjerg, Group Director of Media and Performance, Boozt
10.35–11.15 Panel
What would you do? Real decisions inside a fashion brand
Fashion brands run on a growing stack of disconnected systems, and the hardest problems sit in the gaps between them: a new regulation, a disjointed tech stack, rapid growth, rising customer expectations. In this scenario-based panel, Jenny Helgason of ROTATE Birger Christensen puts a series of real business situations to specialists from Delogue, Tex.tracer, TRIMIT and Fashion Cloud, who set out how they would approach each one.
Speakers:
Jenny Helgason, Buying, Production and Fitting Director, ROTATE Birger Christensen
Jolanda Kooi, Founder and CEO, Tex.tracer
Troels Rasmussen, Chief Commercial Officer, TRIMIT
Jelmer Bijsman, Senior Account Manager, Fashion Cloud
Anja Padget, CMO and ESG Expert, Delogue
11.15–11.30 Break
Networking and coffee.
11.30–12.00 Panel
Digital Product Passports: from compliance to business value
Digital Product Passports are arriving as a regulatory requirement, but the brands ahead of the curve are treating them as a business tool. Drawing on the Nordic Data to Business programme, Heidi Svane Pedersen of the Lifestyle and Design Cluster is joined by two brands turning product-level data into customer value, circular models and brand value. A practical look at how brands move from meeting the rules to making them pay.
Speakers:
Heidi Svane Pedersen, Head of Digital, Lifestyle and Design Cluster
Anna Österdahl, Lead ESG and Product Compliance, Les Deux
Maria Andersson, IT Development Manager and Business Developer, Nilson Group
12.00–12.30 Panel
Designing out waste: planning, material and AI
A large share of fashion's waste is created before a product is ever made, in the planning, material and development decisions taken early in the cycle. This panel looks at how brands can bring data and AI into those decisions to reduce overproduction and build better products from the start, with a view from inside a brand on how material and bill-of-materials choices are actually made.
Speakers:
Daniel Di Benedetto, Regional Director Euro North, Centric Software

12.30–13.30 Networking lunch
17.00–19.00 VIP Event
