In early 2020, Danish menswear brand Another Aspect embarked on a journey into reusing materials that would’ve otherwise gone to waste, in order to save water, energy, and raw materials.
The exploration began with a visit to the headquarters of Danish textile company Kvadrat in Ebeltoft, Denmark, renowned for producing superior-quality contemporary textiles and textile-related products for architects, designers, and private consumers across the world.
Kvadrat has also been focusing on identifying second-life opportunities for waste materials and the initial meeting has now resulted in Another Aspect’s new capsule. It consists of what the brand calls a Cardigan 2.0, joining together the quintessential cardigan shirt and a versatile overshirt, and a tote bag, both made from Kvadrat cut-offs and leftover fabrics.
