Ross Allsop, Founding Partner, Pion333rs
Ross is a seasoned e-commerce and growth strategist supporting fashion and lifestyle brands like ThruDark, Bremont, LØCI, and PANGAIA in scaling cross-border and building agile commercial operations. With over a decade of experience driving omnichannel growth for Shopify Plus brands, he brings deep expertise in internationalisation, DTC merchandising, and conversion optimisation.

Chris Kilin, CEO, Brandback
Chris is the CEO of Brandback. Before founding Brandback, he was part of the founding team at Razor Group, the largest and most successful FBA aggregator, where he accompanied the company’s growth from Seed to Series C and its international expansion. At Razor, he built and managed a team of 45. Prior to Razor, Chris worked as a strategy consultant at BCG. He began his career in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division in London.

Morten Kristiansen, Chief Commercial Officer, Les Deux
Morten is CCO of Danish fashion brand Les Deux, where he oversees global commercial strategy, sales, and digital development. With a strong presence across Europe, Les Deux has become known for blending contemporary style with a data-driven, scalable business model. Morten brings deep industry insight into how modern fashion brands can leverage operational excellence to grow sustainably.

Anna-Karin Holck, Country Retail Manager, Bestseller
Anna-Karin is a senior retail executive with deep expertise in change management and customer experience across both physical and digital channels. Since 2019, she has led Bestseller in Sweden, driving renewal and revitalisation of the Vero Moda brand through innovative initiatives such as local influencer programs and digitally integrated store strategies. Her previous roles include Sales Director at MQ, Country Manager and CX Director at Kappahl, as well as senior positions at Specsavers and Synoptik.

Daniel Di Benedetto, Regional Director Euro North, Centric Software
Coming from an engineering background, Daniel Di Benedetto has more than 20 years’ experience in PLM, AI and Big Data—of which more than 15 have been in the retail business. Understanding the importance of sustainability driving change while enabling profitability in a complex environment is his focus. He now leads Centric Software’s Northern European sales market and serves on several industry boards.

David Thunmarker, CEO and Co-Founder, Impulso
David Thunmarker is the CEO and co-founder of Impulso, a data collaboration platform transforming how fashion brands and retailers work together. Previously CEO at Tiger of Sweden and Oscar Jacobson, David brings deep industry insight to his mission of reducing overproduction and enabling real-time decision-making through Impulso’s Product Tracker. He believes brand–retailer partnerships must evolve through transparency and shared data to remain both profitable and sustainable.

Laurent Mainil, Founder and CEO, Markmi
Laurent Mainil is the founder and CEO of Markmi, an AI-powered markdown assistant built for fashion. With a background in data, analytics, and fashion retail, he created Markmi to help brands like G-Star and C&A make faster, more profitable pricing decisions. The platform automates markdown strategy with margin-protecting intelligence, helping brands replace guesswork with precision.

Fredrik Ekström, Founder, Above The Clouds
Fredrik Ekström is a brand strategist and founder of Above The Clouds. With over 20 years of experience in consumer insight and brand communication, he specializes in sustainability and shifting consumer behavior. At the conference, Fredrik will present findings from his latest report, THE NXT SUSTAINABLE CONSUMER 2024, outlining key Nordic archetypes and what drives their commitment to sustainability.

Sanne Nørgaard, COO, Green Cotton Group
Sanne is Chief Operating Officer at Green Cotton Group, a pioneer in sustainable textiles since 1983. She plays an active role in shaping the industry through board positions at Danish Fashion and Textile, the Lifestyle & Design Cluster, and the voluntary sector collaboration on textiles. With an MBA in Strategy and Management, Sanne has led Green Cotton’s work on the Digital Product Passport (DPP) since 2019, launching a pilot in 2024 and rolling out DPP across all new garments from July 2025.

Jonas Larsson, Associate Professor in Textile Management, University of Borås
Jonas is a system innovator focused on transforming apparel and textile value chains to create positive environmental and social impact. His research explores resource-responsible systems, including new sales channels, innovative product and material development, and novel logistics and production solutions. At the core of his work is a commitment to minimising waste and driving systemic change in the industry.

Sara M. Rakstang, Founder & CEO, Repass
Sara is the founder and CEO of Repass, a platform enabling flexible and scalable transparency across the fashion value chain. With over 20 years of experience in global supply chains—from energy to textiles—she focuses on solving real industry challenges through practical tools, not tech jargon. At Repass, she helps brands turn transparency into value by connecting data, operations, and circular services into one seamless workflow.

Søren Juul Christensen, Director of Operations, Zizzi
Søren leads Operations at Danish plus-size fashion brand Zizzi, overseeing supply chain, planning, analytics, and pricing. Since joining in 2017, he has helped drive the company’s demand-driven model across 12 e-commerce markets and 5 retail countries. With prior experience from Bestseller and Salling Group, Søren holds an MSc in Economics from Aarhus University.

Linda Pimmeshofer, Founder, Change Retail
Linda is the founder of Change Retail, helping brands navigate digital transformation at the intersection of fashion and technology. With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, she focuses on making retailers more data-driven and customer-centric. Linda actively collaborates with startups and partners to drive innovation and believes that using data effectively is key to creating personalized experiences and building long-term sustainability.
