Transformation Conference returned to CIFF at the Bella Center on 4 August, bringing together senior decision-makers from Nordic fashion brands and the technology partners working with them. Here is the day in pictures, from the morning programme to the evening cruise.
28 Aug 2026

The half-day programme covered the shifts now defining the business: AI moving from experimentation into daily execution, retail data turning into pricing and margin decisions, and transparency moving from compliance requirement to commercial infrastructure.

Asger Storebjerg of Boozt opened with what happens when the customer is a machine, and what one of the region’s largest online retailers is doing about it. Jenny Helgason of ROTATE Birger Christensen was joined by specialists from Delogue, Tex.tracer, TRIMIT and Fashion Cloud to work through the data foundation most brands are still building.

Heidi Svane Pedersen of the Lifestyle and Design Cluster brought Anna Österdahl of Les Deux and Maria Andersson of Nilson Group into a conversation on Digital Product Passports as a business tool rather than a cost. Daniel Di Benedetto of Centric Software and Linda Pimmeshofer of J.Lindeberg closed the programme on where fashion’s waste is actually created, which is earlier in the cycle than most assume. Sofie Dolva, Director of CIFF, ended the morning with a view from the floor of the Nordics’ largest fashion trade show.

The day closed on the water, with a networking cruise through Copenhagen for speakers, partners and invited guests, co-hosted with Delogue.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, to our speakers, and to our partners.
